Level 1 Food Safety

This training is suitable for food handlers who do not handle high-risk foods directly. It is ideal for those involved in ancillary activities such as cleaning, serving food, preparing low-risk foods, or handling pre-packaged or wrapped items. This ensures a basic understanding of food safety principles relevant to their roles.

Level 2 Food Safety

Formerly known as the Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, this training level is appropriate for food handlers involved in the preparation and production of high-risk food. Caterers, for example, fall into this category.

Level 3 Food Safety

Designed for supervisors and managers who have responsibility for other food handlers within the business. Completing this level of training ensures that you meet the standard of training required by the law.
